They have a kid in between, this man is playing well to save the kid from embarassment.

All the risk is with you.If she is ready to live with you then both of u skip this date of final hearing and stay for 6 months or 1 year and then decide.Once you give all the money , she has no risk.

I suggest you FIRST GET THE DIVORCE decree and CLEAR your cases by

her own statements.

Till you get your divorce, dont say you dont want to be with her and all.Just say yes

it  is a great idea I want to try etc.

Get your divorce, Then you can sit calmly and think whether to continue your relationship or not.

Once you are free and not under any pressure, you will come to the right decision.
