List of witnesses not filed.........

Respected experts,

Please clarify to what extent wife's plea will be accepted by the judge for getting cross*xamining her another witness on the ground that her lawyer did not file any list of witnesses at the time of filing reply in divorce case although she wanted to cross*xamine a lot more witnesses.

Please state whether u/s 151 CPC can she be allowed at the stage of argument taking the above cited excuse..?? The divorce case has already got delayed since 2008 now.

If there is any suitable judgment/citation, please share the same.

order 18 rule 17 recall and reopen of witness at any stage during trial, according to act it should be used sparingly, but now a days, it is not so. You have no other go but to fall in line.There is lot citation in this regard.
