lis pendens Removal

I have given application To Talati as well Circle as receipt I have send register post to Collector pune and Tahalsildar Indapur to withdraw lis pendens on 7/12 utara as per revenue department order on 2017 lis pendens cannot be registered on 7/12. Is this a right process Respected Sir/madam

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the correct procedure for withdrawing a lis pendens notice from a 7/12 Utara. The user has correctly followed the revenue department's order by applying to the Talati and Circle Officer, and sending registered post to the Collector and Tahsildar. While a lis pendens signifies a pending legal action, it should not be registered on a 7/12 Utara according to the 2017 order. The Talati's request for a court order to withdraw the lis pendens is noted, but the initial steps taken by the user are confirmed as appropriate.

Yes. You have done is correct. The meaning of lis pendens is - 'a pending legal action', wherein Lis means the 'suit' and Pendens means 'continuing or pending'. ... In case of transfer of such immovable property, the transferee becomes bound by the result of the suit.
