The wife filled application under sec. 18 of the domestic violence act for the purpose of the N.A husband be restrained to transfer the house owned by him. During the pendancy of the application the husband transferred the house to his brother. that is the fake transfer to restrain the applicant to enter the applicant wife in his house. please tell me whether the Section 52 of transfer of property act is applicable ?
