Hello sir, Im a resident of Gadwal, AndhraPradesh.
My father has passed away in my childhood.
My paternal grandfather has given his property to my mother and my uncle( fathers brother) equally through a promissory note in the presence of a lawyer few years ago.
Now we have purchased the property from my uncle and got the complete property. we have registered our property.
Now we are willing to renovate our house and applied for a home loan in SBI.
They are asking for the link documents in order to sanction the loan.
My mother has no idea of this and im a student pursuing graduation.
