Is there any law or provision showing leniency in convicting senior citizens. Please if it is, refer or attach. What is the age limit for this purpose.?

You cannot ask for leniency as a matter of rights. It’s the Court’s discretion, depending on the nature of the crime.

Sir, Thanks for the help, judgment is yet to be pronounced. The case is based on enimity of two families and the section is 354 IPC.
