LIMITS FOR NEW VEHICLE LICENCES

Every Road in every region in every city has a particular Vehicle Plying Rate per minute. This criteria along with BASIC INFRASTRUCTURE Conditions like Road Strength, Parking Space Availability are the conditions under which New Vehicle Licences are issued. Unfortunately, the authorities seem to disregard these stipulations and seem to have some secret deal with vehicle manufacturers. Indiscriminate issue of Licences causes overcrowding, Traffic Jam & death due to accidents. There seem to be an URGENT NEED to file a PIL to order "ISSUE of New Vehicle Licences PROPORTIONATE to available Basic Infrastructure and Parking Space availability"
