Limitaton period

Consumer Forum dismissed the complaint and complainant filed review application which was later on withdrawn. From where the limitation period will be counted?

Can Sec 14 of limitation act provide exclusion of period of review?

Note: Consumer Court doesn't have power of review under consumer protection act.

As per Consumer Act the Dsitrict Forum has no power to review its orders. Comming to aspect of limitation the period for filing complaint before Distrcit Forum is 24 monrths.

Limitation for appeal would generally be taken from the date of receipt of order. But, as per Act, it should be taken from the date of the order. Procedural lapses.
