Rent case stated to have been instituted in High Court,  that too, in Writ jurisdiction, since 1992 ??

Facts posted lack clarity.

What is the opinion and advise of your lawyer who is well aware of facts and circumstances of the case, an able, competent and intelligent enough and engaged / paid to satisfy your queries ?

Yes, the facts posted are less than convincing and lack clarity.

Please try to repost bringing out the material facts and the real issue, if any.

The contents of the post lack genuine details.

Where is the question of contempt of court at this stage for an oirder that was passed in the year 1992?

If the landlord has filed a fresh eviction suit after 16 years, you may make sure if it is affected by the law of res-judicata.

Your imagination that this may be similar cause of action will not be accepted by court
