I was working with quasi govt organisation for 11 years from 1996 till 2007. I got terminated from my services in October 2008 by putting false allegations and internal departmental enquiry.
I would like know, whether I can challege this in any court of law?

Limitation is definitely a big issue. However, you may try your luck with a strong application for condonation of delay.
I need to know your entire case before giving you exact advise.

did you submit any appeal?
whether it was termination or dismissal.
do you hav ethe copy of the Conduct Appeal and Discipline rules of the body.
