Can any one inform me if there is a limitation on filing criminal case by an heir against another heir who had mis-represented a firm as a partner and entered in to agreement with a third party in 1995, 2006 and 2007 and received moneies. This has come to light now.

A case of 420 Crpc has no time limitation. In fact a friend of mine is the victim of the misuse of this Crpc
