dont you have any acknowlegement letter within period of three years in case you have any acknowldgement letter from that person then it might enhance limitation period or else i have not gone any of the case laws in which delay has been condoned you need to make good ground for condonation of delay

Shivasurya, regarding that back paper writer, acknowledgement should be within the period of limitation and not after the period being hit by the statue of limitation, it will not help the suit to be a live suit.
