90 days in criminal cases and 30 days in family court matters

Can you please state the section/amendment where this is mentioned for others to read and understand.

Does this is governed by law of limitation or crpc section.

I am not testing your knowledge,skills,expertise etc .

All I wanted to know where are these documented so that we can refer those sections to understand them more.There's nothing wrong in mentioning the sections for others knowledge too.Many young lawyers are in these forums and wil get help from your expertise.

Mine 498a case got disposed( with my acquittal ) and i was also interested to know whats the appeal perion in session courts but could not get any concrete documentation.

Now if you can suggest the sections/acts to read and clarify , kindly reply
