Life threat

I and my brother has a life threat because my grand father given gift deed of self acquired property his remaining children are refusing if and illegal planning is also going on to do something on us please any suggest us sir...

1. You can file a Police FIR, requesting investigation and charge-sheet, for various offences like Trespassing, Threatening, Cheating, Intimidation, Breach of Trust, Mischief etc.... against the person, supported with all relevant supporting Documents, Evidences & Witnesses.

2.  IF the Police does not take action, THEN you can file private criminal case u/s 156(3) Cr.P.C., in the local Magistrates court, seeking directions to the Police to investigate and file charge sheet.  The said Person may come down for settlement.

If you feel unsecure it would be better to contact, consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for analysing of facts / documents, professional advise and necessary proceeding in appropriate Court.

You cocern is genuine. But the gift cannot be rescinded or cancelled.Nip in the bud by initiating complaint so that fuether trobles coyld be stopped.

The facts posted suggest no real issue. What do you mean by "life threat"?
