lie detector tests are voluntary in all casses .
it cannot be done without confirmation from other party

and i think the other party will never be ready....

1. This test cant be done without consent of opposition party . if they deny you cant do anything.
2. Even if they go for it, Court will not consider as valaid proof of your innocense.It will just give some kind of support to your case , but it is not a strong evidence.

No court would allow lie detector test for accused in 498a.
