Hi,

Pls can somebody share a list of licenses for applicable Indian law/regulation for compliance required for a listed BPO company.

"AMIT" : The list of licenses for a new BPO, is quite exhaustive, amongst others which would compulsorialy include : Registrattion under FERA. RBI, IT, and so on. A experienced Corporate Lawyer having exposure to FCB's, FII's ... only will be able to guide you appropriately. A Suggestion : Currently few BPO's are systematicaly thinking of closing down due to economic recession and currency revisions. YOU could consider TAKEOVER and joining hands with them.
