One of my friends, who died six months back, had granted his building hall to a person for running an Auto service station by a License agreement executed one and a half years ago. The agreement was for six months and there is a clause that if the licensee required the building further, he can conitnue with enhanced rent. The licensee has not paid any license fee right from the beginning and is still evading payment by saying that he would pay it. He is also not willing to release the building to the legal heirs of my friend. Please advise the remedy for them. They want to get vacant possession of the building as well as the license fee from the date of execution of the agreement till date. Please advise what to do.
