Letters of administration

Can letters of administration be granted again to some other person even if the same have been granted earlier to one person by the orders of the court.

HK daughter of HS received letters of admn/probate of the will of HS. both HK and HS expired. HK died intestate, leaving behind husband and two daughters and two sons. Both sons expired. Wife of one of the son now seeks letters of admn in respect of the estate of HK.

Advise.

How can. Lettter of administration/probate is granted in there is any will. In the present case there is no will as cuch there fore the law relating to Indian Succession Act will not appl. You may ask for a declaration of title and ownership by way of a suit.
