Letter to chief justice for. suomoto order

I am from chennai - I received a lawyer notice from Coimbatore regarding a property for my appearance in August . Due to restrictions imposed by govt  I am not able to travel between districts. Therefore I am not able to appear or appoint an advocate in Coimbatore. The opposite lawyer has asked for interim injuction in an IA.

Can I highlight all this in an letter to CJ of madras and asked for a stay until covid subsidies. I am a 70 years lady with diabetes and prefer not to travel in this times.

Quick Summary
A 70-year-old woman from Chennai, facing travel restrictions due to COVID-19, is seeking a suo motu order from the Chief Justice of Madras High Court. She received a lawyer's notice from Coimbatore regarding a property matter and is unable to appear or appoint a local advocate. She wishes to request a stay on the proceedings until COVID-19 subsidies are in place, citing her age and health conditions as reasons for not travelling.
