Letter of administration

Dear Sir,

My parents died intestate and he left behind propety in Calicut, Kerala.  Since we heir to the property of our parent are settled in Mumbai we could not get heirship certificate from Kerala.  Now we have obtained Letter of Administration from Mumbai High court for the property.  

I would like to know the procedeure in executing the Letter of Adminstration in Kerala so that the property can be transfered to the legal Heir.

You have to make simple appliaction to the concern village officer to transfer the property as per letter of administration. You can take help of local lawyer.
