Legally enforceabe debt

If there is no agreement for giving loan and no terms and conditions exit, is it legally enforceable debt if cheque bounces. The cheque could have been given for any purpose not in repayment of debt/loan.

when the cheque is drwan it is meant for consideration as per N.I..in ur case u have to use the rebutable presumtion to prove that the cheque is drawn is not against any debt.
