Legality of document

hai,

my grand father has 2 sons, the 2nd son  is my father, both of these sons shared some agriculture lands equally, to my father the land given was away from road ,so my grand father made the 1 st son write a agreement about the way to my land through his land giving my father full rights. the agreemant was made on paper and the 1st son signed on one ruppee register stamp, and witnessed by his son. now the 1st son is expired, and his propety inherited to his son.

how valid is the agreement they made on paper and signed on one rupee stamp? how much right do the 2 nd brother have?

THe second brother has full right of passage as per terms and conditions of that agreement, you should get it mutated in the revenue record as family settlement.

document is insfficently stamped to me please refer to your state stamp rules in case you say as agreement

it is family settlement howver it is to be immdiatly relected inh the revnue record otherwise it has no significance
