Dear Sir/Ma'm,

M1 marries F1 and they have one issue C1. Some years later, M1 died. Then F1 marries M2 who is the brother of M1. They have one issue C2. After some years, F1 died. So M2 marries F2 they have one issue C3. All are Hindu.

What about legal heir of C1,C2 and C3.
