Legal way to get experience letter?

I worked for 2 months before starting my MBA. Since I left early for higher studies (MBA) and didn’t serve the 15-day notice period, the company marked me as “absconded” and refused to issue an experience or relieving letter. I have my offer letter, employee ID, and salary credit proof as evidence of employment. I want to know if any law applicable for — 👉 whether I can still legally request or claim an experience/relieving letter for the short tenure I worked

What are the terms and conditions mentioned in your appointment letter?

T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Advocate)     22 October 2025

You worked for 2 months only and left the company without putting down your resignation.

The company has terminated your employment hence it may not be bound to contradict its own laws in this regard.

The company/ employer has every right to decline experience certificate for an absconder.

The period of service being too short, the experience certificate is of hardly any importance.
