Please suggest, What are the legal formalites for setup a new warehouse any where in india. which certificates or registration is required for this purpose.
Two Point of view..
1. For a warehousing service provider
2. For owner of such warehouse with materials.

VAT and EXCISE registration are required in case where owner of goods and godown are same..
but what are the requirements in case of warehousing service provider..
