dear sir,

happy pongal to all respected panalists.

my case is i gave a cheque to x for business transaction the same was firm cheque but he presented inbank

and filed a case against me and also executed a reciept that part of amount had been recived from me  on behalf of his company but made me alone party in the case further the place of transaction what he said is diffrent in his complainant  and in the croos examination he said another place which is not within the jursidiction of the trail court  please could you guide me

cross is the back bone of any case and many advocates most of the time take cross against their own clients.

Just because you presume is not enough it must be clear and specific so that any person of normal understanding can realise it.
