A person was admitted to the Hospital for Covid reason. But later it was found that his report was negative even after that he was on oxygen therapy without any other issue. He called his family and informed them he is fine. After almost an hour, it was informed by doctors that he died of a heart attack and they are not ready to give further details to his family just stating this reason. But His family knows the fact that he didn’t have any other medical history, how can he all of a sudden die with Heart Attack. And, when his family reached to take the body from the hospital, they got a huge amount bill for a single day admittance. What kind of legal remedy is available to the family?
