What is the Process for the registration of name after the death of testator of the will.

Registration for what!

Pls post clear details.

If it beneficiary then WILL and death certificate etc are to be submitted to the authority under

whose jurisdiction property falls, to act upon the WILL.

If the estate is within presidential towns; Mumbai,Chennai,Kolkota the WILL has to be probated.
