Legal procedre to collect shridhan/dowry articles

hi members,

pl post that

1. " what are the legal procedure to collect shridhan or dowry article"?

2. if demand of shridan is actually false then

(a) what steps/ ingridients will be taken to prove in court by wife?

(b) what step /ingredients will be taken on behalf of husband to save himself?

3. if demand of dowry is actually false but filed a case against husband then....

(a) what step/ ingrediants will be taken by wife to prove her dowry case?

(b) what step/ ingrediants will be taken by husband to save himself?

your questions are too broad and sound bit too academic without any specific reference to your issues. Please read other posts which will give you sufficient information to clear your doubts.

Tension mat le yaar... your wife, his lawyer, police, jugde, our judicial system will collect everything from you on their own - you do not have to worry about this.

ISTRI DHAN includes gold given (if any) to your brother, sister, mother, father, yourself + gold items given by your family and relatives to your beloved wife + gold items given by girl's parents to their daughter.

In short EVERY GOLD ITEM exchanged / given to any of the members (including husband and wife) are ISTRI DHAN OF your beloved wife.
