Hi, I hired a contractor to do some rennovation work in my home. Since I have know this person for a while and also since we had no issues with him, we did not make any signed contract or agreement of any sort with him.
Right now, he took an advance of Rs. 10000 in March for a work. He hasnt done the work and hasnt returned the advance too. I know only his phone number and name. I do not know where he resides nor his officicial address. He has been good so far so there was never a need.
Kindly advice how to proceed.
