Consumer case filed against the agent in Year 2011 for issuing fake insurance cover note during the year 2005. Agent replied that case is time-barred. Although I have stated in the application that delay in filing case in consumer court is due to correspondence getting evidence from the company and the last conversation with the company was during the year 2011.
Please reply if another application for condonation is to be provided to the court. In case the court dismiss the application can I approach the state commission
