I have received a legal notice from a advocate which is on a yellow color legal size paper with letterhead of advocate. Is it valid?

Legal notice may be sent in Letter head or legal bond paper or in white paper. No stamp paper or stamping is necessary. Hence it is valid.

First focus on those issues raised in legal notice, without finding fault with the paper on which it was issued. Entrust the reply to Advocate, as reply is most crucial part in litigation.
