LEGAL NOTICE IS NECESSARY BEFOR FILING ON EDAAKHIL?

Hi I am planning to file a case on EdaaKhil (Consumer). Before filing need to send legal notice to opposite party? or can I file directly?

Issuance of legal notice in consumer cases is not mandatory.Complainant has to prove that opposite party has committed either deficiency in their services or acted unfair trade practice.
