Hi I am planning to file a case on EdaaKhil (Consumer). Before filing need to send legal notice to opposite party? or can I file directly?

If it's mandatory to send legal notice, I need legal notice format. Kindly provide anyone....

Even not mandatory the legal notice will play vital roles in the case

The legal notice is necessary for filing Edakhil Consumer Complaint before Consumer Forum.

Issuance of legal notice in consumer cases is not mandatory.Complainant has to prove that opposite party has committed either deficiency in their services or acted unfair trade practice.
