You may call it anything you like but a 'Legal Notice'. It is no notice in the eyes of law. A prescriptttion issued by a person recommending a particular line of treatment unless issued by a medical practitioner cannot be termed a 'Medical Prescriptttion'. Similar is the case with a notice issued by a person who is not on the rolls of the Bar Council. There are some tasks which can legally be performed only by experts. Let there be no doubt about it. |

so if I do not have enough money to pay hire a lawyer, then I can not send a LEGAL NOTICE for the whole of my life !!
