Legal Notice

Hi Friends,

I want to send legal notice to the manufacturer company who is not providing me the services of the products which are under warranty. Can I draft and send legal notice myself without involving the lawyer at this stage ?

Although there is no legal requirement to engaage a lawyer for issuance of notice which you can send yet it would be in your favour to consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for professional advise and necessary proceeding.
