File a Complaint before Court under section 138 of NI Act but before that you must serve a notice within 15 days if they are not ready to pay then within 30 days file Complaint for more clarity you may contact us then I'll elaborate properly.

Search in google for a template/format of such notice and send it by registered post with a copy of the returned cheque and bank covering schedule that stated the reason for bouncing as "Insufficient funds","refer to drawer"

Through various ways 

WhatsApp, Email,Registered Post with Proof of Delivery and keep the Receipt of Post office.

And wait for reply
