What a grand father and mother both can make the one mutual vasiyat. And can make a vasiyat to opoint own all three son and doughter as a legal hire as they all are already. Intention is there to avoide any interfarenc of own doughter in law who live in her mayka with her 8y old son. What making a vasiyat in favour of son and doughter can terminate the legal right of grandson in property of grandfather ?

a person can make the will for his own acquired property and assets only. for the ancestral property will cannot be made. All the family members will have a share in the property.
you and your child will have a right in the portion of the assets transfered in your husbands name.
