Legal heirship for my deceased father-in-law

Hi Team,

My father-in-law expired 10 years ago and immediately my mother-in-law had acquired legal-heir certificate which includes her name, 2 daughters and mother of the deceased. Now mother of the deceased has also expired. Is it possible to remove her name from legal-heir certificate by just providing the death certificate of the deceased alone ?

What is the relationship with them you have not stated  ,if you are daughter in law then your husband is alive or deceased not mentioned ,you have not mentioned you have any children or childless ,it is ancestral or self acquired of your father in-law ,if it is self acquired of your father in law if your husband died predeceased without children you ( may ) don't get any share  ,if possible try to solve amicably , contact advocate and take his valuable opinion..
