Legal Heirship Certificate

I have to withdrew 9 lakh deposits in post office by my deceased Father, who was in pvt Job.

1. Pls Advice Legal Heirship Certificate is issued only to Heir of Govt employees in Maharashtra or anyone can apply ?
pls advice its urgent.

2. If Yes, only Succession Certificate is option to withdrew Deposit in post office.

Hello,

For withdrawing deposit of deceased legal heirs have to get succession certificate from court.

Thanks, Could you please Advice that what would be court fees on 9 Lakh for succession certificate in Mumbai ?

since getting various figure from different Source, hence confused.
