Legal heirs of deceased hindu male

A person, Hindu by religion dies intestate leaving behind his wife and a  son. Both wife and son dies in an accident. So there are are no class I legal heirs.  Only a married sister of the deceased person is alive. In these circumstances  who can claim rights over his estate ?

Quick Summary
This discussion explores the inheritance rights for the estate of a Hindu male who dies intestate. When the deceased's wife and son, who would be Class I heirs, pass away, and there are no other Class I heirs, the situation becomes complex. The property then typically devolves to other relatives, including parents and siblings. In this specific case, the deceased's married sister is the surviving relative, and she has a claim to inherit the estate.
