Legal heirs

Dear Sir

My father and mother expired on 2004 and 2013 without make any will. And his legal heirs are Me my daughter (21 years) and my son (11 years), My brother and his only daughter (15 years) and My 3 Married sisters along with their children who are well settled.

WHO ARE THE LEGAL HEIRS OF THIS PROPERTY?

The legal heirs of your father are you , your brother , and your three married sisters , the property of your father will be equally divided among them , every legal heir can get 1/5 share each from his property.
