Legal heir declaration by Court

Please advise how to go about for obtaining legal heir declaration by Court, where - Wife passed away without WILL, survived by husband and two daughters. One daughter in Australia (permanent resident) second daughter in Hyderabad. Residential flat in Hyderabad in the name of the deceased.

Along with necessary documents i.e death certificate gtreeetc apply for change khata to your name with consent of daughtersor jointly .court declaration is not necessary because no one challenges you and also it is immovable property.
