Legal heir certificate for unmarried sister

Hi - my sister who was living with for last 20 years recently expired due to COVID.

She is unmarried and head of the family in ration card.

How do i get legal heir certificate in tamilnadu for PF settlement, LIC settlement, property title change, Ratio card name change, EB bill change.

Pl.approach proper court and obtain succession certificate which is final.Legal heir could be challenged at any time.

Hello,

You have to apply to the court for getting a legal heirship certificate. For your sister, your mother and father are the legal heirs.

Mom and dad both are expired. We are a pair of 6 Brothers & sisters. All got separated during nineties and not in touch. None of them even attended my sister's final rites.

Me and my sister are together for the last 30 years. We have ration card as proof. It doesnt include any other sibling.

None of the others are interested in filing succession certificate.

Can i get the succession certificate which includes only me and not others siblings?
