Legal heir certificate

My grandmother has 6 children. She died in the year 1957 and not recorded her death. Now no documents related her death is available. Under this circumstances my mother have to produce the Legal heir certificate to prove the authority bofore the honarable court. So kindly advice me the further steps to be taken to obtain the leagal heir certificate.

better you approach an advocate near to your place and appraise all facts before him, so that he can do the best for you. 

you have to get legal heirs certificate from competent civil court by producing relevant documents that you or the person who is a legal heir.
