I would like to apply for legal heir certificate in andhrapradesh as my mother died recently, she is house wife and taken loan in bank on gold and other loan . to close the loan i need to apply for insurence, I have come to know tashildar office legal heir providing only for govt. employees, for others we need to apply in civil court please tell me how to apply for legar heir in court and whtat is the procedure, my father also died.

yes you can engaged a lawyer, it will take minimum 6 months for get certificate.

You have to apply for a succession certificate which will be given by the concerned court.
