Legal heir certificate

I am Neha & I live in Andaman & Nicobar Islands. My mother has 7 sisters.

Excluding my mom, there are 3 other sisters who are married & well settled (who are 2nd, 4th & 5th in order of their birth). My parents separated 22 years ago. So me & my mother were totally dependent on my mother's elder sister. The eldest sister among them is handicapped by 100% deafness. The eldest sister, youngest sister, my mother & me were solely dependent on my aunt, who was unmarried (3rd number in order of birth). she was a retired Govt. servant. She expired on 08/12/2014.

She left behind a certain amount in her bank account which was her pension. We came to know that we can obtain the amount using a legal heir certificate. As the other sisters are well settled, we want to make the eldest sister as her legal heir.

Could you please advice that what needs to be written in the affidavit?

If expired sister has no sibling and children ,rest all sisters  will get equal portion in all movable or immovable property. but you can claim your dependency on her or get consent of other sisters that she is compromising her portion.
