Pl. help me.
My father expired without leaving a will for some cents of land in his possession. Mother and three sisters on a mutual consent agreed to pass the right on the property to me and my younger brother equally.
1. Now the question is, whether we (I and my borther) can get legal heir certificate for the such property and if so, what is the detailed procedure to convice the VO.
2. How can mother get fathers' pension from Labour Welfare Fund.

You have to first try to do these thing by executing Affidavit of legal heirs in which they have to confirm that they are only legal heirs of deceased person. If conern authority is asking legal heir certificate then you have to go to Civil Court and file application for legal heir certificate it wil occure certain expensses.
