Legal heir

My colleague is a central government employee died in an accident. His father is an state government pensioner and he is alive. Mother is also alive living with father. In legal heir whether the parents name will be included along with wife and children??

Yes father mother wife and children are class-1 heirs

Details of parents will form part at!!! Famly Particulars!!! separetely in the standard format,which may kindly be obtained from any government office,which is nearer to the parents,keeping their age in view...Regards...
