In our family release deed they have failed to mention building area, (flats to so and so) we are 3 brothers...how shall we register among ourselves? in deed they have mention only uds.....only.....how can it be executed to create each of us individual documents.....? cn any one help?

it is possible to partiion the concerned property through proper give and take, failing which you have seek court intervention and get it partitioned mets and bounds.
