There is no single one.
Black is considered good.
I would also suggest Law Lexicon by A.Ramanathan Aiyer
Supreme Court on Words and phrases to go with any dictionary
Of course, many times you will find your Oxford or Webster give you new ideas than legal dictionary even in moot courts
